THE STORY
WE STAND FOR Students.
Our program started just in a small classroom with only a few students. Now becoming the premier experience at Bonita Vista High with over 200 students across our MULTIMEDIA pathway.
They asked how it was possible. We said WATCH, now we are not just the largest in the district, but the state. All at a public high school not costing a dime. All while giving you the experience needed for college or any company.
Today, BVX is using top of the line technology many universities don't even have. Anything from cutting edge VIRTUAL PRODUCTION to social media training. You need it? We got it.
What we believe
We believe that media is the future and our mission is to prepare you for the 21st century's ever changing dynamics.
About BMN
BMN, short for Baron Multimedia Network is our overarching shell for BVX. BMN will provide you with the correct resources to find your passion within BVX's many productions.
About BVX
BVX, short for Bonita Vista "Xperience" is our production side. This includes any role to create mini movies, podcasts, social media, livestreams, and virtual production.
About Livestreams
Livestreams are our way to bring sports and events at Bonita Vista to you. With live anchors, with bi-lingual coming soon and high tech replay systems and graphics, you'll never want to look away.
About the pathway
Our multimedia pathway begins in "Intro to multimedia", where you'll learn the basics of production and editing skills for industry standard applications such as Premier Pro, Photoshop and much more.
The next step is BVX, after you've gone through our interview process to ensure we only have the best you will be welcomed with open arms and thrown right into where you belong. May that be livestreaming or social media we'll make sure you know exactly how to do your job.
Finally, in your senior year you can join our IB Film and Virtual Production Honors class. Using top of the line equipment built for the media of the 21st century.
About Virtual Production
Virtual Production is our newest class. Teaching how to merge our world with the digital. Creating your own world in Unreal Engine and transporting yourself in real time to that land you created with state of the art equipment.
